Do you speak English?
Yes. Our team answers in English in the portal chat and on the phone. Your offer and confirmation are in German for legal reasons, we are happy to explain everything.
How many prints are included?
Unlimited photos and up to 800 prints, enough for most weddings and parties. All photos also go into your online gallery in full resolution.
How does self pickup work?
Collect the booth on Thursday or Friday at one of our venues in Vienna or Innsbruck and return it on Monday. It fits in any normal car and is set up in about 10 minutes.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Austria and the greater Munich area. We set up, take a test photo and collect everything the next day. The delivery fee depends on your postcode and is shown in the form.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, at the latest 7 days before your party. You find the payment details in your customer portal after accepting the offer. Gift vouchers can be redeemed too.
Can we get our own design on the prints?
Yes. Our design team creates a print layout with your names, date or company logo. You approve a preview in the portal before we print anything.
